Terms Of Use

This Terms of Use outlines the Appedology’s user policy, its services and liabilities involving the use of our services and products. If you register any of our services, it’ll be assumed that you’ve read and accepted all the terms and conditions pointed out in this document.

Coverage & scope

Appedology and/or a website owned and operated by Appedology is covered by this Terms of Use including the treatment of use of services and products. The companies that are not in under Appedology’s control or of persons that are not Appedology’s employees, or any contract-bound third-party service and/or venders, any third-party websites to which Appedology’ website links, they are not covered under this document.

Complaint filing

If a user is unsatisfied with any of our services and file a complaint, Appedology will try and come to a mutually acceptable solution. And if the things don’t work out, revocation may occur. Before filing a complaint, feel free to write to us. If we are unable to provide you with a mutually satisfactory solution, then you should only file complaints..

Refund Eligibility

We ensure that the client gets what is mentioned as per the terms and that is why we handle every project professionally according to conditions of the proposal. However, refund claims will be considered if the client has opted for the dispute resolution according to the following schedule. This schedule clearly outlines the services and our Terms of Use related to each service.

Application programming

If the project has not been initiated for some reason we will offer a full refund. We draft an agreement for every project of application programming. In case of no agreement or no any Terms of Use, we will apply the following delivery policy: A partial refund upon the discretion of the service provider will be issued by Appedology if the project does not get finalized as mentioned in the delivery policy and contract. Appedology will calculate the proportion of the project completed and the incomplete proportion will be treated as per the pre- defined project scope.

Dedicated hiring

If there is a delay in starting the project, Appedology offers a full refund either the programmer / designer / content writer / SEO expert (or any other resource / staff) is the reason for it. A proportionate refund is offered if the client cancels the project at any point in time.No refund for days worked are offered. Clients must immediately notify our Project Manager if not satisfied with the work at any point in time, and may ask for discounts for any work not carried out. No any negotiation at a later date will be accepted.

Applicability of the delivery policy

Timely payments:

If the agreed upon / listed payments are not clear. A project is not considered to be void.

Timely communication from the client:

Appedology is not bound by the Terms of Use. Timely information must be provided by the client for successful completion of the project. The delay or failure of completing the project due to miscommunication or lack of timely communication by client is not the responsibility of Appedology.

Completeness of information provided by the client:

If the client fails to provide complete information/scope of the project to Appedology at initial project stage, Appedology is not obligated to respect its delivery and/or refund commitments.
For the delay of delivery Appedology will only compensate, unless if there is a special agreement signed stating a penalty clause for delivery delay.

Limitation of liability

There is a limited liability of Appedology to the value of the portion of the project which may be incomplete at any given time. Appedology is not responsible for any losses arise out of the services delivered / not delivered or the delay. Appedology will refund only when the client cancels the project, and as such, the cancellation has been communicated to Appedology in writing.

Refund Processing

The refund will be processed and mail within 5 business days of the cancellation date by Appedology. We will use original method of payment which was used by client to pay the services.
